Excellent service provided by Burr Ridge care care. The staff were great.

Great customer service, - Professional. They dealt with the insurance company and I didn't have to. I was also able to drop my rental off at their location, and hop into my car. They took care of the rental return. Excellent.

My cars have been serviced by car care for over 10years and I have always been extremely satisfied with whatever’ services my cars have needed. Additionally the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy and get things done in a timely manner. I especially appreciate Being driven home and picked up if necessary! Hats off to them all!

ALL of the people there are great!!! All the work done is professional and exceptional on both the Body Shop side and the Mechanical side. I never leave reviews, but I honestly cannot say enough about the guys and their work here. You will not find a better shop anywhere!

Awesome group of people who are there for all of us and do GREAT work.

My wife daughter and I were driving home and we live a couple hours down state. Got a flat and was able to make it to the shop. Knowing that I was not a scheduled appointment I was just wanting to get the spare on and be on my way to take care of flat tire later. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. Not only did they plug the hole, but they got us in and out very quickly. These guys went above and beyond and I am glad that they were the first place I found running on a flat!

This shop is a GEM. The repair that was done on my vehicle was of outstanding quality. My car 2003, looked as if it was just driven off the showroom. I was impressed with the quality of work and the GREAT STAFF....If you want quality service and a great looking vehicle, I recommend Burr Ridge Professional Car Care, without hesitation. The service provided by Don Koonce and the Burr Ridge Car Care staff is top notch and always very helpful.

We keep coming back for our vehicle service and maintenance needs. Service has always been top tier. Knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices and they explain what needs to be done, as well as what doesn’t need be done (they will not scam you like dealerships recommending muffler bearing replacement to the non-mechanic soccer moms). As a testament to them, we are now taking our cars (warranty recently expired) to BR Car Care for the next services.

Burr Ridge Professional Car Care are masters at auto body repair!Scott and Josh are organized, helpful, considerate, friendly, and skillful! My auto body repair was completed in 4 days. Excellent job! I cannot thank them enough!

I have used the body shop a few times before with great results and affordable pricing. I recently scraped my side view mirror on the mailbox. I asked if it could be buffed out and 10 minutes later it was done with no noticeable marks visible. And it was NO CHARGE. Great service!
